We also provide moulds with the plug-assist system when deep forming & stable bottoms are requirements of our clients. Due to the use of air pressure during forming these lines facilitate an even distribution of material.
As an industry first we supply trays with upturned borders which add strength keeping the functionality intact thereby reducing the overall thickness requirement & price of the articles. To cater to the exclusive needs of this packaging style we have dedicated an additional 4 Imported thermoforming lines with robotic stacking. These machines not only ensure the final product is free from any human contact but also facilitates Zero Fungal & Bacterial count.
