Special products that need complete tamper-proof solutions & need the whole blisters to be cut to remove it use HF welding.
In this process, the two blister halves are joined by high- frequency welding. The resulting joint can only be broken with a knife or scissors. Hence, HF welded blister is perfect for heavy products. An HF generator is required for closing these blisters.
The welding machines are generally available at the client location as their end product needs a lot of handling & are generally not recommended to be transferred at various locations. We provide them with the blisters & welding moulds.
